Villa Mikro Chorio (which means "small village" in Greek) is an exclusive private holiday accommodation in Paros standing in the middle of a beautiful 10,000 square meter olive grove, offering full privacy and safety with amazing views.

The Cycladic village-style villa offers a 180° view over the sea and the opposite island of Naxos. It can accommodate up to 10 adults.

 

Since the villa is located in the hills of the lovely village of Kostos at the end of the access road (see exact location in the "Contact" section), you can enjoy absolute peace here while all holiday essentials such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, beaches... can be reached quickly. The two main towns Parikia and Naoussa are 7km away. The nearest beaches are 3km away.

The views from the interior, terraces and pool are just breathtaking and the living areas, kitchen, outdoor areas have been carefully designed to provide maximum privacy and comfort.

The full 260 sq. meter property consists of a main house with 2 fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), a big living area with dining space 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet, 1 utility room, and 1 guest toilet.

Standing next to the main house are also accessible from the terrace:

1 double guest bedroom with bathroom + WC,

1 guest house with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + 2 WC,

1 guest house with 1 double bedroom and bathroom + WC,

 

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, towels, bath towels, beach towels, and bed linen with new mattresses. Washing machine and dryer are available. Additional bed, baby bed and high chair are available. A vast 300 sq. meter outdoor area with lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen offers plenty of relaxation. The pool with sun loungers and umbrellas area is located on its own terrace. Internet access with unlimited data volume is available throughout the main house and outdoor. For even more convenience, there is housekeeping for 3 hours per day included in the price.​​​
